The Law Office of Robert C. Bergen is a Family Law practice.  Family Law encompasses not only the termination of marital status (divorce), but resolution of the often complex and emotional issues of custody, visitation, division of property, child and spousal support.  From the initial interview through trial or settlement, you will benefit from 30 years of legal experience. While the majority of cases do settle, which is always preferable, having retained an attorney with the experience and ability to take the matter to trial, will result in being in a more favorable position in settlement discussions.  Having a strong settlement position is always in the client's best interest.
